Vern Balkowitsch, Jr. 

Vern Balkowitsch, Jr. has been in the concrete industry all his life, from the time his father, Vern Sr. opened Accurate in 1985, along with his mother Mary. Vern is our Head Estimator and manages Accurate Concrete Cutting’s Safety Department as well. He has seen a lot of great changes in our industry over the years and continues his commitment to provide our customers with outstanding service. 

Jenny Caudill

As a longtime resident of Vancouver, Jenny joined Accurate, the family business, in 1990. From then until now, Jenny has worn many ‘hats’. From dispatching our crews to their different projects, heading up our Human Resources Department, as well as works with Accounts Payables. Jenny is married, has 3 kids and loves spending time with family and friends.

Dawn Baker

Dawn has been part of the Accurate Concrete Cutting family for 17 years. Dawn works in the Contracts and Accounts Receivable Departments, where she enjoys her interaction with each customer. She has seen a lot of growth in the years she’s worked here. Dawn excels when it comes to accounting and numbers and continues to be a valuable asset to the team.

Jim Rosenlund

Jim has been with the Accurate Concrete Cutting a long time and started as an operator in the field. He is now Accurate’s Dispatcher/Scheduler and enjoys this role. While juggling the schedules of several crews, Jim is always up for the challenge of making sure our customers are taken care of in a timely manner. Jim has been working in the cutting industry for over 25 years, bringing the expertise needed for our company to run smoothly.

Jason Tipps

Jason has been working in the concrete cutting field for many years and started as a laborer. With his field experience and expertise, Jason joined the Accurate Concrete Cutting team in 2018 as an estimator and continues in that position today.

L.J.

After having served in the military for many years, L.J. started working for Accurate Concrete Cutting in 1992. He began as a laborer and then worked his way up to be an operator. Today, L.J. is an estimator and project manager. L.J. has seen the industry shift and evolve over the years.
